We want to discuss what kind of change can you expect in different lengths of therapy? Are different mechanisms of change involved and is  a different use of CAT tools involved? The disadvantages and benefits of different lengths of therapy will be one key theme of the 4th International Conference.  Join key speakers in developing the discussion and thinking about the topic by sharing your views and experience now.

An extended mini therapy can be very helpful for people coping well with their lives but wanting to take stock and see things from a new angle.  A long CAT therapy can help someone make deeper and more lasting change.  Therapy should be as short as is humanly possible.   As soon as someone is better they should go off to practice being their own therapist.  Let’s discuss
